ConfigXP is a free software that allows you to customize your XP2i gauge.

Free software* to customize your Crystal XP2i digital pressure gauge.

The ConfigXP software has many useful features:

  • Transform your XP2i into an indicator for Torque, Force, Level or any other unit using the Custom Units Wizard
  • Add special features such as Pressure Safety Valve (PSV) mode to capture valve open / close pressure, Averaging and Leak Rate
  • Increase safety by eliminating human errors
  • Save time by disabling any button or removing unused pressure units 
  • Increase security by password protecting your gauge configuration, save to file or copy your custom setting to another XP2i
  • Includes Chinese, Czech, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Russian and Spanish translations

Applications

Depending on the model and firmware version you may be able to:

  • Password protect the gauge to prevent unauthorized changes
  • Disable (or enable) the Peak button
  • Select your preferred H2O water density: 4oC, 60oF, 68oF/20oC
  • Define a special pressure unit (e.g. display pressure as torque)
  • Store a message or identification number
  • Limit or expand the zero adjustment range
  • Program a TARE value
  • Enable and adjust display damping (averaging)
  • Display rate of pressure change
  • Disable the ability to adjust (calibrate) the gauge from the keypad
  • View and print an as received versus as left change report
  • Load and save custom configurations
  • Return the gauge to factory configuration
  • Disable pressure units that are never used
  • Adjust (calibrate) the gauge
  • Identify the gauge's firmware version

Features not available on your gauge will be grayed out in ConfigXP.
