Free Crystal M1 and XP2i are provided as artifacts to conduct inter-lab comparisons.
This service provides a high accuracy reference gauge that is fully temperature compensated, highly repeatable, stable and rugged. The calibration data is taken at a wide range of temperatures and pressures and is of tremendous value as an independent reference to calibration labs that need to conduct inter-lab proficiency comparisons.
Inter-lab comparisons evaluate the performance of calibration test results for the same or similar item by two or more laboratories in accordance with predetermined conditions, as a quality control check.
