Measure: XP2i-DP

A rugged & fool-proof Wet/Wet Differential!

The XP2i-DP is a very rugged, intrinsically safe, ATEX certified gauge that has a 0.1% of reading accuracy and is capable of use over continuous vacuum. It utilizes a burst disc feature that protects the gauge from damage resulting from over-pressure on the low side connection.

Included with every new XP2i-DP Differential Digital Pressure Gauge is an A2LA accredited calibration certificate with test data recorded at 5 different temperatures - proving that it meets published specifications over the entire operating range. You won't get this kind of detailed report anywhere else!

Specifications include all effects of linearity, hysteresis, repeatability, temperature, and stability for one year.

Differential Pressure Accuracy
20% to 100% of Full Scale ±(0.1% of Reading)
0% to 20% of Full Scale ±(0.02% of Full Scale)
Static line pressure effect is 0.0003 psi per lowest applied test pressure and can be eliminated by zeroing the gauge while the lowest test pressure is applied to left (+) and right (-) ports simultaneously.

Density of water conversion can be selected via the keypad: 4°C, 60°F or 20°C /68°F.

Operating & Compensated: -10°C to 50°C (14°F to 122°F).
Storage: -40°C to 75°C (-40°F to 167°F).

Battery: Three size AA (LR6) batteries.
Battery life: 1500 hours typical (alkaline battery).
This unit is instrinsically safe only if powered by Rayovac Maximum Plus, Energizer E91, Energizer EN91, or Duracell MN 1500 batteries. Replace batteries only in non-hazardous locations.

Sensor

* Over-pressure on negative port is limited by burst disc protection device.

Unneeded pressure units may be disabled via the RS-232 connector using ConFigXP software. • kPa models can display pressure in kPa and bar (or mbar) only. PSI and bar models can display all available units. • An XP2i will indicate pressure up to 10% above Range Pressure. Above 110%, the XP2i display will flash, indicating that the applied pressure exceeds the calibrated pressure range. If the calibrated pressure range is exceeded, the pressure displayed may not be accurate. • MPa is available on -DD models only.
